The next stage of the restoration, the milled porcelain piece is added and make any final adjustments are made, glazed and cement permanently in the patients tooth. This process take approximately 10 minutes. Once designed there is a bluetooth connection to the milling machine which cuts out the restoration we have designed from a solid block of porcelain. The Blue Cam is a scanning camera which takes the image of the tooth and the computer software allows the team at Nork Way Dental Practice to design a restoration. This product allows Nork Way Dental Practice to make same day porcelain restorations, so there is no need to take a mould of the patients mouth and send to a dental technician and no need for a second fit appointment.
